Alma Stone Obituary
The family of Alma Kennedy Stone (nee Bryce) are sad to announce her passing at Park Place Senior Living in B.C. February 13, 2018. With her beloved daughter Debbie Vanderspek at her side, she joined the love of her life Earl Henry Stone (married July 3, 1954 ) who predeceased her on Nov 27, 2007. Alma will be greatly missed by son and daughter in law Ken and Michele, son in law Rob and grandchildren Frazer Stone, Avary Stone and Corbin Vanderspek. Alma was born in Saskatoon to Harry and Bessie (Caister) Bryce on June 29, 1928. She graduated from Winnipeg General Hospital School of Nursing in 1950 and continued her nursing career until 1987 when she retired from Geraldton District Hospital. Wildgoose Lake and the Kenogamisis Golf Club were her favorite places. She was a member of St Andrew's Presbyterian Church and choir since 1960. Services will be announced at a later time.
