"Mrs Kerr," as we knew her, was a wise and kind teacher to both my kids in their grade 2 in Manitouwadge Public School.. She always went the extra mile to help anyone, to help any living creature, and to ensure she passed on a love of learning to her students, her "kids." Deepest condolences to the family. Her legacy will live on.

Such shocking news! She was a great gal. We enjoyed the time we lived together. I shall always remember the 2 of us rushing back to Ryde Ave to watch an interactive art show on tv. We would follow the instructions, but somehow Jackie's always looked so much better. My prayers are with you & your family at this difficult time.
