JEAN-PAUL PICHÉ

Jean-Paul, age 88, passed away at the Geraldton District Hospital on January 12, 2019 with his family by his side. Jean-Paul is survived by his wife, Jeannette, of 69 years; his children: Gaston (Shelley), Suzanne (the late Rolland Perreault), Robert, Daniel and Carole (Yvan Lemieux). He is aslo suvived by his numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will occur in the spring of 2019 in Longlac, Ontario. The family wishes to thank all of the staff at the NorWest Community Health Centre and at the Geraldton District Hospital for their exceptional care. Donations to the Geraldton District Hospital (Palliative Care) would be greatly appreciated.

Jean-Paul est décédé entouré de sa famille après une courte maladie, à l'âge de 88 ans, à l'hôpital du district de Geraldton le 12 janvier 2019. Il laisse dans le deuil sa conjointe de 69 ans, Jeannette; ses enfants: Gaston (Shelley), Suzanne (feu Rolland Perreault), Robert, Daniel et Carole (Yvan Lemieux) ainsi que ses nombreux petits-enfants, arrières-petits-enfants, frères et soeurs, beaux-frères et belles-soeurs. Il fut incinéré et une célébration de sa vie aura lieu à Longlac, Ontario à une date ultérieur. La famille désire remercier le personnel du centre de santé communautaire NorWest ainsi que de l'hôpital du district de Geraldton pour leurs soins exceptionnels. Vos dons au soins palliatif de l'hôpital du district de Geraldton seraient grandement appréciés.
