Miss. Katrina Stephanie Mendowegan
The family announces with sorrow her death in Thunder Bay, Ontario on January 1, 2019 at the age of 31 years. Dearest mother of Makenna Mendowegan of Nakina, Savannah Frost of Aroland, Alyssa Frost of Aroland and Madden Frost of Nakina. She is survived by her sisters; Crystal Atlookan (Darryl Nate Sr.) of Fort Hope, Holly Mendowegan (Ross Kashkish) of Aroland and Natasha Meshake of Aroland. She will be missed by her nieces; Sydney Nate, Kinnley Meshake, her nephews; Darryl Nate Jr., Skyler Nate, Solomon Nate and Daelen Nate. She is survived by her grandmothers; Delaine Mendowegan of Aroland and Daisy Ishabid of Geraldton. Katrina is pre-deceased by her father Barry Bouchard, her mother Symphrose Mendowegan, her sister Yolanda Atlookan, her aunt Karen Mendowegan and her grandfather Pius Mendowegan. For those wishing, memorial donations may be made to the Thunder Bay Shelter House.
