The family announces with great sorrow Mary Magiskan is entering the spirit world. Mary passed away on January 11,2018. at Thunder Bay Regional Hospital. Mary is predeceased by her son Isaac Patrick magiskan Jr. Mary is survived by her husband Isaac and children, Dennis (Terri) Simon(Ann) Angela (Peter), Douglas (Ann) Lorraine, Shelia, Eric and many grandchildren and great grandchildren and her sisters Effie Magiskan, Cecilia Therriault. Mary was adored by all who knew her. Many of us had the privilege to have had teachings from her at home and at her many years at the Old Fort William Encampment. Mary took great pride in nurturing Mother Earth and valued being out in the land with her grandchildren great grandchildren. Mary will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

Viewing will be at House 31 Aroland Ontario at 6 p.m. January 15, 2018.
Funeral Service will be at the Johnny Therriault School at 12 p.m. January 17, 2018.
