She is predeceased by her parents Walter and Rose English and her grandparents Alex and Marianne Taylor.
Jackie had her fair share of struggles in life but nonetheless she never let her struggles interfere with her care and love for others. She especially loved and worried a lot for her son Desmond Jr., and always took care of him the best she could. She loved her family, her brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins and her friends. Jackie had a big heart and would help anyone whether it was a warm place to rest, a hot meal or clothing. She always put others first and enjoyed giving gifts to so many people she cared about during her time here with us. We will always remember Jackie for her big loving heart, thoughtfulness and her passion for life.
