It is with great sadness of the passing of Robert “Bert” Blouin on Monday afternoon, November 22,2021 at the Geraldton District Hospital with family by his side.

Bert was a son of late Horace And Regina Blouin, he was born in Oshawa Ontario on May 1st 1952 he had 6 brothers and 3 sisters. Predeceased by 5 brothers Edgar, Donald,Maurice, Roger, George and 1 sister Rose. He’s also survived by his Spouse Priscilla Waboose and children Andrew and Jessie Waboose Blouin, Ronda Robinson, Veronica Blouin(granddaughter), Gayle Hebert, Greg Blouin, Hanna and Robbie Graves. Along with his 2 sisters Aline Goguen and Cecile Butt and 1 brother John Blouin and all his Numerous nephews and nieces and great nephews and great nieces, who he loved dearly.

Bert had a passion for his hard work in the whole 9 yards of construction and building during his life time until retirement. He worked for R&L Contracting for many years prior to working with RDR with his nephews Rene and Rick Blouin.

“ He would give you his shirt off his back if you ever needed help“ He had a loving heart and a great sense of humour with lots of stories and jokes to tell.

The family of Robert Blouin would like to Thank the staff at the Geraldton District Hospital for the great care that was given.

A celebration of life will be held in Longlac on December 11 at the St. John Baptist Church with interment to be held at a later date in Sudbury.
