Robert Dumoulin

Robert Joseph Dumoulin (aka Bobby or “Big B”),

The family announces with sadness His sudden passing at Hornepayne Community Hospital on January 29, 2020 at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband of Bonnie Moylan, father of Steven Dumoulin (Tiffany) of Bolton, Jason Dumoulin (Andrea) of Georgetown, Tobi Dumoulin of Ottawa, and Casey Dumoulin of Hornepayne, and grandfather of Mitchell, Paige, Chloe, and Charlie.

He is survived by his brothers Marcel Dumoulin (Laila) of Sudbury, and Albert Dumoulin (Sharron) of Cochrane and by his sisters Ezelda Crundwell, and Claudette Webster. He will also be dearly missed by his numerous nieces and nephews.

Born to Philippe and Yvonne Dumoulin in Clute Ontario, Bobby was the youngest of 16 children. He spent most of his life in Hornepayne Ontario where he raised his family and worked for the township. He spent many years as the Superintendent of the Public Works Department until his retirement. The passing  will be felt by many family members, friends, and colleagues from the construction community.

The family wants to express their heartfelt appreciation to the Staff at Hornepayne Community Hospital for all the care and companionship they have provided and to all who have shared memories, stories, and condolences during this difficult time. A celebration of life will be held at a later date where people will be invited to remember Bobby.
