Ronald (Ronnie) Towegishig Sr.
April 13, 1949 – January 10, 2022
At the age of 72, Ronald Towegishig Sr. passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home, surrounded by family.
Ronnie, also known as Big ‘R’, was loved by many. He will be greatly missed by his surviving daughters Valerie (Patrick), Charlene, Melanie (Albert) and Madilene, his sons Ronnie Jr. (Faye) and Kenny (Nicole), his 24 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and his great-great granddaughters Athena and Briella.
Ronnie is also survived by his brothers Allen (Gail), Leo (Barb), Robert (Marlene), Joe, Noel and Ricki, his sisters Marie (Kurt) and Alice, many nieces and nephews and his long time friend Marlou.
With an outgoing and humorous heart, Ronnie was always a people person. He enjoyed the company of others and made friends everywhere he went. He was kind and humble and always understanding. In his kindness, he would often lend a helping hand. He brought warmth and happiness in every life he touched. There was nothing more important to him then spending time with his family and friends. Ronnie enjoyed making them laugh with his witty comebacks and spontaneous puns. His love was pure and evident in every way.
Our father grandfather, brother and friend, Ronnie, will forever be missed and always remembered.
At last, Ronnie is reunited with his parents Madeline and Albert, his wife Dorothy, daughter Darlene, grandsons Daniel and Warren and his brothers William, Nelson, Isadore, Paul, John and Raymond and his sister Mabel and Ann.
