Ruth loved gardening and spending time at the cottage with Jerry. Ruth was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 194 Ladies Auxiliary. In her younger years, she enjoyed curling, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing on the Buttercup Trails. Ruth loved to paint, knit and quilt. She enjoyed time spent with the Couples Club and participated in the Mother’s Auxiliary when her sons were in Cubs and Scouts.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. A special thank you to medical staff and all others who were involved in her care.
