Savannah Legarde
The family announces with sorrow the sudden and tragic death of their beloved daughter, Savannah Legarde on December 26, 2021 at the age of 34.
She will be forever missed by her parents, Frank Taylor and Vanessa Legarde, her son Caleb and her brother Frank Legarde (Michelle Waswa) and Devin Legarde (Tara-Lee Ferris). She will be missed greatly by her 3 nieces and 3 nephews and by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Savannah enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved spending time with her family and friends and she loved to play Bingo, always hoping to hit the jackpot. She always took part in community events and she loved to take part in the traditional dancing at Pow Wows. Savannah was never one to spend time alone, her door was always open for a visit, quick coffee or a chat. She had a big heart and had a way of always cheering people up, she was kind, caring and generous. She will be missed dearly by the members of her community.
Her family would like to thank the Greenstone paramedics, the police officers and Dr.Laine for doing everything they could for Savannah.
A Private Funeral Service will be held at St. John the Baptist RC Church in Longlac. The service will be by invite only due to COVID restrictions. If you are not feeling well or have COVID symptoms please stay home.
